SongXpress Austin Blues, Volume 1. For Guitar. Guitar Video. SongXpress. Blues. Video. Published by Alfred Music Publishing (AP.VH0434).
ISBN 0769289800. blues.
Raised in Texas, in the shadow of his older brother, blues legend Jimmie Vaughan, Stevie Ray Vaughan became the culmination of generations of Texas Blues guitar. Performing with a ferocious, total abandon that set him apart from all his peers and placed him in a rarefied league with Jimi Hendrix, SRV set the standard by which all young blues guitarists are judged. On this tape, Danny Warner, your SongXpress instructor, brings you four classic blues songs, as performed by Stevie Ray Vaughan. Experience the funky rhythms of "Crossfire" and "Couldn't Stand the Weather," the silky guitar of "Lenny," or the driving shuffle feel of "Cold Shot.".

Anyone could do it...
I've been playing for three years and have 3 or 4 "SongXpress" tapes. Here's all you need to know: it only includes CHORDS. It will teach CHORDS, will let you jam along to the RHYTHM with CHORDS at the end. You will NOT learn any of those great Vaughan riffs...
