Great compositional acheivement by Ponce. He bestows upon the guitar a texture, form and language very seldon used before. One forgets it is a guitar the music comes from. Not technically very difficult, but full of subtlety which makes interpretation a real challenge. Well worth the hard work to have it in your repertoire.
