Great Exercizes!

I have been playing for over 30 years and never realized how "weak" I am when it comes to slurring and chromatic exercises. Andreas Segovia played with such great tone, these exercises along with his "Scale Studies" will put you in the right direction!

Sluriffic!

Ok! Not the best headline but I love these exercises for slurs. The only thing this book doesn't do is what the good guitarist can do in his/her head. Use all the exercises on the other five strings. It's a challenge to keep from getting unwanted noises from the other...

The Standard for the left hand

I simply can not understand why the young people playing jazz, blues,pop,etc. aren't using this book. These slur studies have set for life MANY a classic or jazz guitarist. Use your brains-use an original source. The only thing that is better than this is The Diatonic Major and Minor Scales...
