A time honored favorite in a great new setting
This piece is for two piano accompaniment. It starts with the men in unison, and then the women get their chance at the melody, but the real action takes place from page 4 - 10. The harmonies are close and rich, making for a lush sound. The penultimate section has the four-hand piano accompaniment presenting the melody with the chorus responding with and antiphonal counter melody. Finally, the melody returns to the chorus in unison snippets of the main familiar melody.
