Odd Samba Really Nice Swing!
The Samba top 2/3 of this piece is a little odd, and a little difficult to follow at times. However, once it goes into the swing section, the piece really comes together, and is a blast to play. I'm just not sure they marry together that well.

Lame
I didn't like this arrangement at all -- mainly because the first half of the tune is a samba, then it switches to swing. Why the samba treatment? Can't we just have a straight-ahead statement of the melody like any other jazz standard. The swing section was OK, but a litle stilted. I've def played better brass quintet jazz standards.

A staple of quintet repertoire
Not too hard. Not too easy. Recognizable tune.
