S by Samuel R. Hazo. For Concert Band (Score & Parts). MusicWorks Grade 4. Grade 4. Score and parts. Published by Hal Leonard (HL.4002509).

With a unique blend of flowing lines and lush textures coupled with dynamic Celtic drumming, Sam has created a very stylized and effective setting for wind band. Interspersed are quiet moments with soloistic woodwind lines that contrast nicely with the emotional full band passages. Dur: 4:30 (Includes full performance CD).

Gorgeous

This song is amazing! It is so beautiful and all the parts work together really well. I highly recommend this song at a concert to make the parents cry.

AMAZING!

This is by far one of my favorite pieces that I have played in my 9 years of band. I played bass clarinet and had the intro duet with the piccolo. It was so much fun to play. I wish I could play it every concert season!!

Majestic and Masterful

This is a beautiful piece meant to send listeners into a dream of rolling Irish hills. I fell in love with it when my high school band director brought it to us. This being my senior year, I was very proud to play it for our Winter concert. I truly...

This was the most amazing piece I have ever played. We did it for the first annual CSU-P Honor Band in Southern CO and it was just phenominal. The style and the intertwining melodies are fascinating and actually fun to play. I would definitely reccommend it for anyone who wants...
