Genius!

This is one of my favorite albums of all time. All the member's are very talented and you can tell they have a lot of passion for what they do. I think Commerford is overlooked as one of the best bassists in rock. As much as he influences my playing, I beleive he can do just as much for anyone else who puts time into this book.

These bass lines are sick

This album is one of their greatest and its fun to play along. I have only been playing bass for about 3 months but these bass lines are prety easy to pick up. With alot of practice I hope to get these bass lines down. The drop D tuning makes it very fun. The only other thing I have to say is that if you are even thinking about buying this book BUY IT! Its a blast to play along with the album

Technical City

I found this tab book to be one of my most helpful tools in becoming a technical bass player. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to push their bass playing to the next level.

Rage on!

Let me start by saying that even though I'm a fan of Rage and Tim's bass playing, I'll try to be as objective as possible. For background, I'm a self taught player, and have been playing for about two years now. My musical tastes are along the lines of Rage, Primus, Metallica, Faith No More, a smattering of electronic stuff, and so on. Now for the review... I find the tablature very accurate and a lot of fun to play. I'd even go so far as to say addictive. As you know from listening to the album, the bass lines are great and full of energy. I've also picked up a lot of knowledge (rhythm & groove) from these tabs, and don't think I could have figured them out as accurately by myself (at least not without hours of frustration and wasted time). I rated the level of difficulty at intermediate because I didn't know where else to place it---some songs are pretty easy, some are tougher, so as a whole the music is somewhere in the middle of the difficulty spectrum.

It's really good!

I find that the tabs are exactly right. Some songs are harder than other. But I would start with the slow ones and then move to the faster pace ones.
