Puttin On The Ritz

Intermediate to advanced is a good category. We like the rhythmic challenges. We will spend above average time in preparation.

A staple of quintet repertoire

Not too hard. Not too easy. Recognizable tune. However, there are some rhythmic difficulties about half way through -- work on it and you'll be rewarded.

Great arrangement!

A. Frackenpohl did a wonderful job of arranging this piece. It is enjoyable to play. Our quintet first rehearsed it in a slow 4 to see how all the parts fit -- like a perfect puzzle!Grade 4 is an appropriate rating level.
