Beautiful
This piece is a fine edition of Chopin's music to have in your repetoire. It is an impressive concert piece, especially the end which just brings me goosbumps to play. This is the best edition to buy.

Excellent edition of this beautiful work
Schirmer has done it again, providing an excellent edition of Chopins first Ballade. Edited by one of Franz Liszt's pupils, Joseffy, it is completely fingered and provides alternate Ossia parts played by the greats such as Carl Tausig. Bound only by staples, there is no problem with the pages not staying put, and the clarity of the editing makes it much easier to read. This is the edition you want of this piece.

Not sure if it's the real thing
It's a cool song, kinda tricky in a couple places, shouldn't take more than a month and a bit to learn.
