A very workable edition

Clearly printed, good contrast and suggested fingering make this a good choice. I personally would like it spread out a bit more, making it easier to read but so far, this is fhe best edition I've found.

Great composer, great piece

Rachmaninoff has always been my favorite composer. This piece may be my favorite.

Great edition of a great piece

This is my favorite of the Rachmaninoff Preludes. It's exciting and passionate throughout, and Schirmer's edition really does it justice. I played this as part of my grad school audition, and the judges loved it. I give this my highest possible recommendation.
