Excellent Edition
This is the nicest edition that I've found, and I've looked at quite a few. The best part is the music is uncluttered and easy to read. If you're looking for an edition with lots of fingerings and phrasing by an editor, you'll be disappointed, since this edition has neither....

Superior Edition
Of the three editions I own of the Mozart Sonatas (Peters, Broder, and Barenreiter), this one is clearly the best. The scholarship behind the text is impeccable, and the print is clear and clean. The result is worth the extra one must pay for this version. It is important to...

Beats Henle
For Mozart Sonatas, this Baerenreiter edition is the authority. Henle may be the way to go for Bach and Beethoven, but not here. I don't know any serious performers or professors who don't use this very edition!

if you want Urtext, get Henle edition
Nothing beats Henle for Urtext. For $10 more you can have the best. (I'm an experienced piano teacher & state this from experience with many editions and "Urtext editions" of Mozart.) I think you'll be better pleased with the page size, paper weight and color, hand-done engraving, sewn binding, etc....
