Marching to Pat Metheny
At my high school we marched to Pat Metheny's Letter from Home. It was a beautiful Ballad that I really enjoyed marching to infront of everyone during our shows. I hope that next year we do another one of Pat Metheny's Ballads.

No Solos Transcribed
The book is a fantastic work if you are looking for charts of almost all of Metheny's music. However, if you are hoping to find his guitar solos transcribed, you will be let down. I'm still waiting for a note-for-note book covering his most amazing guitar solos.

Finally
Finally, an authoritative reference for Pat Metheny's music. I especially enjoyed the descriptions and context given by Metheny in which he describes the thought process that accompanied each song. Even the most rhythmically challenging pieces (e.g., First Circle) are faithfully and accurately transcribed in a familiar lead sheet type format....
