ISBN 1596153407.

Guitar and flute virtuosi Christian Reichert and Katarzyna Bury bring you this album featuring Argentina's most fabled 20th-century tango composer, Astor Piazzolla, who wrote this suite of tango pieces bridging a century of tango styles, drawn in a rich pallette for guitar and flute duet. Alongside this wondrous composition is a quartet of dance classics from such composers as Enrique Granados and Pablo de Sarasate. Sensational music and not to be missed!

Includes an authoritative, newly engraved music score printed on high-quality ivory paper, and a compact disc containing a complete version with soloist; then a second version in digital stereo of the orchestral accompaniment, minus the soloist.

Love this one

This is one of my most favorite books to play. I consider this challenging. And I've been playing for many, many years.

A sound of Latin

I really enjoyed listening and playing this piece. Some of the music was very challenging to me and some rather moderate. I am sure I'll wow my audiences when I perform these pieces. Thanks.

Nice but not precise

It is fantastic not having to play by your self all the time! The tracks on this CD are great - a nice mix of original and transcribed tangos. However, on some of the tracks, I must say, I think the guitar is not entirely precise (for example after the...
