Challenging but well worth it.
My choir almost laughed at me the first rehearsal or so of this wonderfully beautiful piece. It is in 6 sharps, which will only prove difficult to the accompanist, but the occasional F double-sharp might confuse a volunteer choir. The musical language is markedly dissonant at times, but the harmonic...
