Ages 4-6 start in the PrePrimer level of Music Magic, then use the Primer level. Students 7-11 start in the Starter level. Both groups then go to level 1. After level comes level 1+ (one plus), then levels 2, 3, 4. Playing with Sound is the theory and ear training book. Complete Performer is both the TECHNIC and the REPERTOIRE component in one. It is not just repertoire material. Time to Play is a second repertoire book, somewhat like the Gold Star books from Piano Adventures. I recommend it for the upper half of students.

Extremely Thorough Method
NCPL is one of the most complete, balanced, thorough piano courses available. It is a highly teachable piano method that provides a comprehensive development of all of the skills needed for complete musicianship. The course is "right paced" for the average student to be successful at all times. The music is great, the skill development is great, and the course is easy and friendly to use.
