Great book
a really solid translation and it has tab and chord diagrams. Trust me I've seen some really bad translations (Nirvana's Nevermind is terrible). This is a really good and easy to follow translation

Dont think twice
The book is completely accurate. Features both guitars in cowgirl in the sand and the screaming solo. Its the best neil book i know of. Everyone is down on the chord diagrams but if they looked the tablature shows how to play the chords and also has the leads. If your a neil fan this is book is as good as it comes. All the songs are accurate and fun to play.

when other versions aren't enough
Song selection is a little hard to figure (Broken Arrow and the Unplugged version of Like A Hurricane for example) also some unfortunate omissions; Down by the River, Words, Powderfinger, but I guess you know that going in. Otherwise they are perfect transciptions of the recordings with alternate tunings noted where applicable. Cowgirl in the Sand is top notch also Old Man and Harvest Moon. Chords are in the *tablature* not in diagrams.

What chord diagrams?!?
Some great songs in here, and some not so great ones too. Most disappointing, though, is the fact that it calls out lots of modified chords that are difficult to find or lookup. And with the exception of a couple of songs, there aren't any chord diagrams - contrary to what the blurb says. Very disappointed!

This is the way it really sounds
This songbook is excellent. The tablature on the guitar solos are note for note like the recording (i.e."Southern Man").The other tunes are accurate transcriptions too.I highly recommend this one especially if you're a Neil Young fan.
