Great Beginning Cello Book
This is the best beginners' cello book that you can buy. It has been recommended by many cellists including cellist Irene Sharp. If you are a beginner cellist I would recommend that you buy this book. It is a book you will use and an essential in your cello library....

The perfect book for starting students
As a cello teacher, this book is by far my favorite for the complet beginner. It start from open string and goes as far as basic thumb position. This include about everything you will need to do with your student: training exercises, scales, simple music, easy duets, etc. The content...

A good book for beginner.
This book starts from open strings to intermediate and the approach of step by step in cello playing and understanding is excellent especially in teaching the positioning of the left hand. I've not yet found another book that is similar to this book.
