this is a great album and the sheet music is so much more perfect then listening by ear. if you like lars drumming style you should get this book. it has diagram set ups and everything. it also has a biography on lars

Most Innovative Book on Early Metallica
This was an amazing book when it came to notation and readability. Even the song "Battery", where Lars is playing the driving double bass pattern, was readable and playable for me!
