Greatness
I got this book the first year I started playing bass, slight mistake. this book is very accurate. This book has very difficult music not recamended for beginers. Some songs are more difficult than others. I would recamend getting the cd for rythem resons. Master of puppets was my first Metallica. I did notice one disagreement between the tab and the stafe in the bass solo in Orion.

Very Rewarding
This was a great book, great accuracy on most of the songs in all categories. I bought this book way back when I first started playing bass, not a very good thing for a beginner to do. This book has its complicated moments that are very frustrating if you're still learning. The only complaints I have are the absence of a bass solo in ' Orion ' and the into to ' Damage Inc '. Other than that, I would recomend this book to any Intermediate skilled bassist.

sweet book
This is a good book for average bass guitarists. My favorite song is battery. It has a good tempo. However,i wouldn't recommend this song to beginners. It's just a little too fast for a beginner. The Thing That Should Not Be is a simple song.I would recommend this book to any average bassist.

OMG!
Best book I've purchased so far. It has "Master of Puppets" and "Welcome Home (Sanitarium)" and for all you Cliff Burton fans, I suggest you try "Orion." Very good book. I would totally recommend it.

AWESOME
Master of Puppets is definitely the album that shows Cliff Burton's skill in his mastery of melody and metal. I may consider myself advanced, but "Battery" is still a little on the fast side for me, as you are expected to play sixteenth notes at 190 beats per minute. But if you are at least intermediate, you'll pick up the songs without to much difficulty. I would definitely recommend learning the instrumental "Orion". It is the best song on the album. Overall, I would have to say this book is very accurate on the notes and rythms.

Great Book
This book is 100% accurate. It has all the great songs from M.O.P.(of course). Just dont expect this to be easy, most of it is really hard but if you practice on it it should get easier. A great buy for any Metallibassist.

God-like = Burton
An absolute must-have for any bassist interested in Metallica's "better earlier work." The songs are all transcribed, and really easy to follow. The only thing that's on the con side of the book, is Cliff's solo in "Orion." Aside from that, it's an awesome addition to any musician's repetoire.

Be sure to get this one...
As all the Metallica sheetmusic books series, it is a wonderful instruction tool and I recommend to all bassist who are into Metallica to acquire this one, as well as all the other albums books. My only complain would be that in Damage INC. the bass intro(with effects) wasn't transcribed, what is a pity, but anyway that's only a small thing.

KICKS!
Metallica is the band of centuries. Cliff Burton was and still is the Bassits ultimate Idol. He kicked the crap out of the bassists of his time and now a days. This book will help you get better and faster. Practice the songs w/ the cd. Again it kicks.
