By Jill JacksonNew for TBB voices! Jay's crystal clear arrangement begins tenderly, pensively, (with optional solos) then grows and grows to a powerful finish. A lovely arrangement, maybe needs repeat with coda at the end. On first practice we got quite emotional triggered by current affairs.

This song was popular in the 60's but is very relavant today. My choir sang it for our Holiday Review this last weekend and it was well received. Stretched our tenors and altos, but once they learned it they were happy they worked to get their parts

This couple belong to the Church of Religious Science and the youth groups in California sang this song at the end of every meeting and at the end of everyday during their seminars(summer camp). Very big hit in the 1960 but I am sure they still sing it.
