        Lee Evans Arranges Hymns and Spirituals

        Another Lee Evans arrangement of beautiful hymns and spirituals. I can usually play them without practicing and they are really beautifully done.

        The pieces in the book are nice, but it was rated intermediate and it is extremely easy. Sound like a child playing and this is a disappointment to me

        The book is just not my style, with lots of accidentals and deviations from the melody.

        These are beautifully arranged pieces which are well-suited for background contemplation music, quiet call to worship moments, prayer responses, etc.The difficulty level helps me be able to prepare for worship on short notice (and still sound good!).         This book has some great music in it!

        I especially enjoy playing "The Wayfaring Stranger" and "Were You There?" Those two pieces made the book well worth the price.
