Hauntingly Beautiful

Contrary to your expectations, this is NOT 20th century serialism. It is very early Webern perfecting the late Romantic style during his studies with Schoenberg. The melodies are hauntingly beautiful and accessible to any quartet that can play late Beethoven or Brahms or Schumann.
