La Valse for Two Pianos. (The Composer's Original Version). By Maurice Ravel (1875-1937). For Piano. This edition: 2 copies included. Piano Duo (2 Pianos, 4 Hands). Dover Edition. Masterwork. Published by Dover Publications (AP.6-441873).

ISBN 9780486441870. Masterwork.

Ravel's La Valse is among the most well-known and popular of his orchestral compositions. But like some other famous Ravel orchestral works, it was originally written for piano duet (1919-1920). This edition reproduces that original piano duet version. It displays all the virtuosity and technical brilliance, as well as the sensual richness, that are hallmarks of Ravel's style. This edition includes two complete copies of the work shrink-wrapped in a sturdy folder.
