Mudvayne outdoes many bands

For anyone who doesnt know ,Mudvayne is one of the most talented bands out there. I havent heard anything close to there style. And just for the record i think Grug is one of a kind. Ryno knows his stuff ,if ur into metal go out and but this book ,... It should and always be apart of your tab collection... Mudvayne RULES!!!!!!!!!

whoever said they are wanna-be musicians

I've played everything from Steve Vai to Dream Theater to slipknot to blink 182 ... these guys are innovative and truly great muscicians. I can cop the toughest dimebag darrel and van halen solos, I know what good guitar playing is. And this guy has a completely unique way of playing , harmonically speaking. He's completely chromatic, doesn't "borrow" melodies or motifs from major, minor or harmonic minor scales. Now as for saying the bassist is'nt any good, that's 100% *&@#@#. Listen to "Dig", "internal primates forever" or "Death Blooms" He's like a twisted cross between Jaco and Les Claypool. This is very intense hardcore metal that doesn't play in the vain of typical minor scale melodies from bands like Sabbath or Metallica. pick this up.

Ryan?

Ru-D plays bass and this is a guitar book. This is a guitar book. Anyone who BOUGHT this book and honestly learned the riffs should know that GUUG is a truly gifted guitarist.

EXTR. knowledgable book!

The tabs for Mudvayne over the net are more than likey to be wrong. If you are a Heavy Metal & Mudvayne fan guitarist, and you are looking forward to making Heavy music.. Then buy this book. Let it teach you how to play the muddest distortion music there is today. Than create YOUR relationship to the music and then with your skills from the book, create your Heavy Metal music! There is no regret.

Ummm...do I see 5 stars?

Ok. First off I must say the person who wrote "Mudvayne can't play their instruments" can l*(*^*(#@!! They are some of the best metal musicains out there!! Ryan has been playing the bass for 8 years !! I bet you're the one who can't play Drop the attitude/ Anyway, this book is awesome. It cleared up some melodies and rhythms I was questioning.

Mudvayne the truth

Ryan has been playing 8 Years so dont gimme any of this in inexperienced rap, he is one of the most talented bassist there are in his music genre. Shame there's no bass tabs in this book. As for the other members, Greg is a good guitarist but nothing too spectacular. this book is accurate and as previusly stated, a must have for anyone wanting to play Mudvayne stuff because online resources aren't very detailed. Matt is a very exp. drummer too and he's what keesp the music goin' with his double kick beats. Nobody pay attention to that earlier review. Gr8 book buy it, Mudvayne Rock . Peroid
