        This is a really good book to get for Lars older drumming techniqes and ESPECIALLY the triplets (which he uses alot in this album), it also helps you and is better than listening by ear because the old albums have worse recording and the drums are a bit hard to...

        this is a good source to get the basics of the songs down, but you can figure most out just by listening to the songs.
