        Basie did call her "Stride" for a reason

        Aint' Misbehavin' is the highlight amongst these arrangements. Unlike some different books (like Oscar Peterson arrangements) these arrangements one sound great stand alone as performance pieces, rather than pure improvisation.         left hand development

        The first few pages have some nice left hand excercises for this style. Invaluable. The pieces themselves I haven't got to yet-- but they look challenging. Lovely Chords.
