great secular jazz type arrangements

Don't waste your money
Did these other people get the same book I did? Usually in one book I can find at least one or two songs worth playing. Not so with this one. Unless you like deliberately dissonant arrangements that sound nothing like the original, stay away from this thing. I plan to...

A pleasant surprise
I play for a number of holiday parties, and was eager for some new music. This book was a delightful surprise. I was able to sightread most of the arrangements and they sound quite sophisticated. A welcome addition to your holiday repertoire. I would be very interested in any other...

Some good, some so-so
I was pleasantly surprised to see Snowfall in this book, and I enjoyed the arrangement. Overall, however, I was disappointed with many of the others in this book. I rather liked the earlier Phillip Keveren offering Christmas Impressions. You'll find some of the same carols offered in this older book...
