Smooth Arrangements
full chords and the "Keveren" treatment make this book worthwhile. His other book in the series is better but why are some of the title songs repeated(even though the arrangements are different, and better)i.e.Great Standards

Decent, playable arrangements
These are pretty straight forward arrangements. They're not very complex but they're rich and full enough. All can be sight read by an intermediate player. Most sound fine as they are but they leave lots of room for improvisation. Some are better than others. You Are Too Beautiful is quite nice. When I Fall in Love is pretty awful. It's a very odd (and a bit discordant)arrangement and almost makes one wonder if some of the notes are misprinted.
