Songmakers' Guild presents Il Tramonto
As chairperson of the The Songmakers' Guild in Cape Town South Africa I ordered the sheet music of Il Tamonto for a performance on 2 Sept.2007 with tenor Arthur Swan and the Amici String Quartet. Although normally performed by a mezzo-soprano, the Guild is looking forward to mr. Swan's redition of this "Poemetto lirico" with great anticipation.
