Brouwer's Guitar Works I

An excellent collection of Brouwers works - the estudios alone are worth the price.

Indispensable

. . . If you're a classical guitarist (and a teacher) this volume is indispensable. . . and terrific value for its contents. While I've played most of the works in this volume, I often recommend my students get it for the "estudios sencillos", since all four 'books' of those are included in this volume for a price far smaller than what the original four volumes would have cost separately. it's also great for the students to have the other pieces to peruse and to have the scores as they listen to the recordings.

A Great Collection!!!!

I love Brouwer's work. Most of his major works are in this collection, which makes it a great value. My teacher and I have reworked some of the fingerings in this edition, however.

Essential

Such a great product at an excellent price... I purchased these works knowing that Eschig transcriptions could be trusted, I wasn't let down. The Brouwer etudes, I feel, are essential to any growing musician. A must to have!
