Prelude Nos 1 and 3 are great because you can play them with B flat Clarinet, but No. 2 is impossible to transpose into b flat clarinet because of the range and if you don't have a Clarinet in A it is unplayable. Otherwise a great adaption, just misleading as...

These are just okay
While the arrangement of this piece is sufficient. The piano/clarinet matchup doesnt compare to the texture of the original orchestral piece. If these preludes are played by a solo clarinet, it really should be accompanied a full orchestral to give the music life.
