If you have no other Gershwin collection, this is the one to get. If you first heard Gershwin in the Broadway show "Crazy for You" you will find "K-ra-zy for You" in this book. If you first encountered him on his piano roll CD you will find "Kickin' the Clouds Away." The arrangements are for the average pianist. I can cope, and was probably never better than Grade VI (out of VIII Royal School of Music grades). The arrangements are typical Gershwin without any annoying simplification. They are not of that level of difficulty Gershwin found more interesting in his 1932 arrangements. If you have any other compilations, there will be inevitable duplications. However, there are sufficient new songs not published before to still make this book well worth purchasing.
