    Four for Tango

    This piece is an excellent example of where a tango can go, brilliantly composed by Piazzolla. In our quartet we have substitued a flute for the 1st violin so some changes have to be made.

    This is avant-garde Piazzolla

    Piazzolla's "Four for Tango", originally commissioned by Kronos Quartet is a complex, dramatic, powerful, exciting work requiring virtuoso string technique and sophisticated musicality.     best music ever

    if you want a challenging and very fun, new to the ear string quartet piece, choose this! i have played a version for a piano trio and piazzolas tengos for strings are absolutely mind blowing. I would say level is upper high school, but well worth it!
