This is a good one

Brilliant hard core guitar. This is a long tab but with some practice and patience not too hard as its quite repetative. 100% accurate really enjoyable to play. Loved learning this tab and reccomend this one and other tabs for Tool. I have Undertow, Stinkfist, Schism, Parabola and a few others I highly reccomend these.

Fixed

Actually it was fixed. I actually have the original version in standard notation. I was surprised to find out that they have it in drop d now due to a friends purchase. I guess the complaining helped fix the discrepency.

May not be the same but sounds as good

While this sheet music isn't "exactly" the same as they play it on tour, all the notes are still correct and sound the same as on the album.

Morons

What the hell is wrong with people saying this is wrong? Yeah, Adam plays the song in drop D tuning...that's why it says "drop D tuning" at the top of the page. Why don't you try PLAYING the song before you say it's wrong.

great tab book !!

to all you guys who didnt read the product description before you bought it, the tab is not for a live version, it is a tablature of the recorded version from aenemia. i think the tab is great and is for any tool fan that has been waiting a long time for authentic tabs of tool.

Does it say that it's a live version?!

I don't understand why the other guys were complaining that it's not the same as the live version. Well of course it's not!!! Thats why it says as heard on Aenima. Well anyway the book is pretty accurate, they even give you the little intervals on guitar for Maynard's vocals. The only thing you have to look out for is the timing. If you don't know how to read time i suggest you learn because tab alone won't help. Also for some reason they omit that cool little solo riff that Adam does during the breakdown, but it's not that hard to pick up if you have a nice wah pedal and a good flanger.

Acceptable

The lyrics are accurate (which is not the case with Hal Leonard's Undertow sheet music). as for how it matches the way Tool plays it live, I do not know. By my reckoning it matches with the version on the Aenema album. I would recommend this for any interested in a closer look at the bass riff and the lyrics.

This is one of the all time greats

This is the all time rock and roll song of the 90's, in my view. This is the alpha of new music, and the omega of old modern rock. Tool uses killer riffs along with powerful chords and vocals. The bass line is heavy and original, and the drumming is dark, fast paced, and imaginative. Listen to this album and you to will feel this overwhelming sense of reanimation and movie-like mayhem.
