I'm very disappointed with this book. I was expecting something closer to the originals, especially introductions to the songs and key signatures. This book is not it. I broke my first rule of buying music, either be able to look at it the music or listen to the arrangements. I will be returning this book.

This is a good intermidiate level for me. It's always hard to find solo fingerpicking music. Glad I found this. I wish it had the words so I'd be able to follow the melody as I learn a new piece.

This is not what I expected. I was expecting arpeggios which could be used as an accompaniment for vocals. The pieces dont sound like the originals at all. For me this is a waste.

If you haven't played fingerstyle before, this might be a good place to start. The arrangements are pretty simple, not much more than what you could play just be looking at the melody and chords in a standard songbook. This is not what you're used to hearing on Paul Simon's songs. I have no problem with that, but this is not very interesting stuff.
