Just my 2 cents worth

This book is for beginner to intermediate, so therefore the songs are NOT played EXACTLY the same way the original artists play it. There are no "mistakes" in this book; in order to make it possible for beginners to play more difficult songs it is sometimes necessary to change the more difficult chords (key) to more simple ones. I have over 15 different versions of Moonlight Sonata and Fur Elise...that doesn't make any of them "wrong", they are just made for different expertises of playing skills. If you would like to play like Ben does, Selmi Agudbuk, perhaps you should find the original sheet music instead of the beginner/intermediate version of the songs.

Incorrect on a lot of things...

There are a lot of really unfortunate mistakes in this book. You guys who are beginner players might not notice them, but I sure did. Some of the big errors: - Tourniquet main riff is in the wrong position (it's in 7th and 5th positions on the A string, not 2nd and open on the D) and the muted X noteheads there are actually the open low E string. - Bring Me To Life main verse riff = same thing, those higher E's are played on the A string 7th fret, not on the D at the 2nd. The voicing of the chorus power chords is wrong too. Also the bridge guitar part (under "Frozen inside...") is really wrong here - Ben played that up in the 5th to 9th position range with open strings ringing out. As a beginning player, you'd probably be better off watching videos of Ben playing the parts and figuring it out on your own - your ear will develop better by doing that anyway.

evanescence, the music

this book was helpful, yet it does not display everything one needs to know. On the bright side, it is not too hard and is set at an intermediate level.

You complete me

I love everything about this band and their present music. I look forward to more but fallen has kept me very entertained and isnt that what this is all about? I love Amy Lee and that makes my slanted review....slanted towards yes.

Evanescence - Fallen

This book is absoloutely brilliant! I love Evanescence and as I have been playing piano for a while I decided to buy it. My favourite was "My Immortal". A beautiful track. This book shows music for a wide range of instruments which is great, especially if your in a band like me you can all play your part to recreate these brilliant, powerful songs. All together a truly astounding must-have book.

Remember nothing's perfect

Let me begin some songs are tabbed well but the u get the odd song hint(bring me to life)which i have watched live do not play it the way it is in this book which disapointed becease its one of there best and paying good money should have been correct and also parts of songs have not been tabbed. fallen sheet music is good for people who dont mind having bits missing or songs tabbed wrong so its half and half good guitarist beware begginers enjoy

Mezmerizing

This book is absolutely amazing. If you have fallen in love with Amy Lee's voice, this book will help you have the same. My favorite is "My Immortal" because you can really impower your voice on that song, since it is a 'solo'.

Fallen

YOU MUST GET THIS BOOK!!! Even if you are not into rock music, this will change you mind. You will "fall" for this book. Even if you don't play piano, guitar, or sing, you can change the keys and make it sound on your kind of instrument. I love Evanescence!!!

Evanescence Rocks!

The tabs are really easy to read and play. This is great if you love the songs because it's easy to play. The only thing complicated would be certain riffs and guitar solos. Other than that, this band rocks! The book is awesome! I encourage you all to buy it! There are piano pieces as well! The piano notes of My Immortal and Hello are included. Evanescence is my favorite band and Fallen is my favorite album. I love EVERY song on it!

?

If you don't play an instrument dont write a review on sheet music. We look at these to see how the sheet music is, not to see how much you obsess over them. I play the guitar and think that its okay but not the best I have ever played before.

AWESOME

First of all, I DO NOT play the guitar and I already knew BMTL, My Immortal, Hello, And taking over me on the piano, but this book is still awesome. It has every single guitar part in every song(even piano ones) and all of the songs that have piano parts it includes! This book is awesome! If you play the guitar or the piano and you like evanescence, YOU MUST BUY THIS BOOK. It has every song on the CD including all of the lyrics and a few footnotes about some songs. Over all this is one of the best sheet music books I have ever purchased. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Evanescence Rulz

Evanescence is the best. All their songs are amazing and I absolutely loved the whole album. Fallen is an incredible album more like music that takes you into a different world while listening. The musical notes show expression with deep though dark view of the world, Amy Lee and Ben Moody have created a new era. Her voice casts a spell on you and the musical notes are absolutely amazing. She's a true inspiration to me. Their music makes me feel like nothing in the world could touch me. Amazing music, amzing talent, Buy Fallen... Its totally awesome!!
