Very accurate

That tab book is a very good surprise. The rythms are really accurate, the solos are clearly tabbed (they aren't really difficult though). Sometime you can't really hear notes tabbed, but if you listen precisely to the track, you can figure them out. Some minor mistakes (3 in fact) in the solos, but nothing that bad.

Review for this book

Besides liking the artist/band, I've always liked Hal Leonard sheet music. Very well detailed and to me the notations seem accurate enough for me to play. My only complaint w/ this particular book is that there are missing pages to the song "Love Hate Love", I think it starts on page 55, there are several pages missing.

Facelift

This album is loaded with most of Alice in Chain's most memorable guitar work. "Sunshine," "Put You Down," "Sea of Sorrow," "Man in the Box," and "We Die Young" are all classic. The solos are easy, but sound really good, and there are some cool riffs as well. The rhythm guitar is a bit sparse in many places, though, and can get lame if you're playing alone. This is not a very worthwhile book for advanced players, since its all pretty basic, but it's excellent for higher-level beginners.

A must have(beginners this is for you)

This is by far the best Tablature booklet of all. It is the best way to figure out the unique stlye this group has. I first started playing guitar when I was 15 and I don't play often. I am the lead vocalist for my band so I am not the greatest guitarist around, but because of transcription I can sound like it. Buy this today, I still have mine in case I lose my memory
