rachmaninoff etudes tableau

Very interesting compilation, but opus 33 is missing #3 in cminor. More fingerings would help.

Incomplete

They leave out the third and fifth etudes (the fifth being one of my favorites.) If I wish to play one of the two, I would have to buy another complete edition.

Beautiful Etudes, however, incomplete

This book contains all Etudes-Tableaux from opus 39. However, It does not contain all Etudes from opus 33. From opus 33, this book contains only Etudes 1-6, when it should contain 8 Etudes. Rachmaninoff's "Etudes Tableaux" are a nice hybrid--not only are they technically very demanding (thus serving the function as Etudes), but many are strikingly beautiful.
