Andres Segovia Scales for Perfection

I have been using the Andres Segovia Diatonic Major & Minor Scales for my Classic Guitar Students, starting from elementary training to higher education level. "This is the foundation of classical guitar excellence" as I quote the Maestro himself.

Best Scales and Fast

I've not found a better scale system that takes you all over the neck and doesn't restrict you to the traditional box form for scales. If you're serious about learning the scales for guitar, get this book. Segovia is still the master of guitar after all these years.

Sounds easy but plays hard.

The scales are easy until you have to alternate fingers. I can't seem to just alternate them the way Segovia says to.

A Classic Study Aid

Andres Segovia's Diatonic Major and Minor Scales is quite simply one of the best study aids available for all guitarists. Whether one is pursuing the classical route or following the plectrum path, these studies are a well balanced and thoughtfully fingered aid in expanding one's knowledge of the fretboard and...
