Absolutely Most Have
I was introduced to the work by flute teacher who played first chair at St. Louis Symphony. At first glance, it looks pretty simple. But, oh my god, if you get a good teacher to break this book down, you will be floored by the difficulty of a simple 4 whole note passage. For example, one exercise you play four whole notes four beat per measure, going from pp to ff then back to pp in one breath with a pitch meter and stay in perfect pitch throughout. One exercise is 48 measures long. If done correctly, this book will get your tone in the best shape every, again, if played correctly. If you don't have an instructor, read the direction carefully and follow them to the letter.

A Must!
This is a must for a serious flute student. The price seems steep at first but it is something you will use every day for the rest of your entire flute playing life. If you want to practice tone this is the book to do it with. As far as I know there is nothing else like it on the market.
