Spotty, Inconsistent

This book is tough to give a uniform rating to, because many songs are simply better then others. There is a good arrangement and interesting solo treatment to Blue In Green and Conception, yet songs like Epistrophy and Waltz for Debby are too simple and much less interesting. Also, there...

Great tunes, great arrangements!

These are some of the best jazz arrangements I've found. This book is FULL of great tunes that are are fun to play and sound fantastic. Don't pass this one up if you are a high-intermediate to advanced player who loves jazz!
