totally useless orchestration

Mozart's beautifully perfect piece was orchestrated here for A (!) clarinet solo, making it extremely difficult to play by the accompaning band instruments, which are Bb, Eb and C. Instead, Rumbelow should have done it for Bb clarinet! I wonder if he has ever heard Bob Marcellus' rendition of K622.
