Gorgeous Piece, Wonderful Edition!

The technical and musical masteries of Prokofiev are very apparent in this dazzling concerto! I never really liked/listened to this composer until I heard this violin concerto. The first movement is slightly easier than the rest; the second is for maestros! The third movement brings back some of the themes...

Masterwork

Fantastic work from the Russian master Prokofiev, and fantastic edition from the IMC. Fingerings and bowings from Oistrakh are, as allways, probably the most confortable and intelligent. A 5 star purchase.
