Long out of print, this virtuoso showpiece arranged by Andrei Schulz-Evler, a challenging arrangement of Strauss' “Blue Danube” waltz, is back by popular demand. It is featured on a Philips Great Pianists of the 20th Century CD, performed by Jorge Bolet.

Great arrangement, but extremely difficult
This arrangement was referenced in a recent issue of the UK publication "The Pianist". Beautiful arrangement, but very advanced, would seem appropriate for an encore presentation by a professional performer.

The best Waltz in the best Transcription
The most beautiful Austrian Waltz in one of the the best transcription ever done!!! Schulz-Evler was a student of Carl Tausig, do I need to say more? How proud Tausig would have been if he could have heard his student's achievment!!!

Excellent Arrangement
This is a marvelous arrangement! The Composition has been recorded by Leonard Pennario, Jan Smeterlin, Josef Lhevinne; all concert artists. Perfomance Artist technique is required, otherwise enjoy the challenge, it's worth it!
