Delightful piece
This was a very successful piece for our church choir annual pre-Christmas choral service. We used the two-part version and divided the singers into high and low voices. The only challenging parts were: in the low voice line at the start of the refrain, where the men had to come in at the top of their ranges on "Child of Hope"; and at the key change, which is not predicted in the accompaniment and just had to be practised until learnt. A very nice, manageable piece.
