a fine collection.
This is an excellent collection of guitar music. Most of the carolan standards are here, but there's also a good selection of his less well known tunes as well as some by other harpers. ("Lend me your hand" is worth the price of admission as a guitar solo). If you're coming to the music from a "classical guitar background" the arrangements are going to look very familiar. Unlike many similar collections the arrangements are for standard and dropped d tuning, which makes sight reading and learning so much easier if that's what you're used to.
