My husband and I were looking for something similar to the choral arrangement with descending bass notes. While this is easy to play, it has a slight jazz flavor we were not looking for.

This arrangement was very appropriate for the intermediate level. It has a secondo part that challenges the young beginner to become better acquainted with the lower note reading of the bass clef. This arrangement is one of those arrangements that sounds more difficult than it actually is. Audiences love it !

This is an ideal piece for intermediate students to use. Everything is clearly marked, and it's relatively easy to bring out the angsty emotional content that's so important in this piece. It's a crowd-pleaser.
