Wonderful!
This classic opera is a great way to entertain. It's always fun to get together with your friends and sing through the story of an opera, of course in the English translation. Altough Carmen is not modern like a Broadway show, this beautiful music tells or rather "sings" an unforgettable, exciting, and intense(in a manner of speaking) tale about a man's misperception of love for a gypsy woman and his beloved friend. As for the difficulty, the piano accompaniment becomes slightly more advanced here and there; however, it is nothing an intermediate pianist who is good at accompanying and improvising can't handle. Personaly I primarily practice and perform on the piano, so I could not advise the vocal difficulty of this music.
