We already had this lovely and accessible work in our choir's repertoire, but the copies were very tatty. A new set was to be bought in memory of one of the choristers, and after much searching the best value (including shipping costs to the UK) was from Sheet Msuic Plus....

Elegant and lyrical
Our choir loved this piece. It's distinctive without being especially difficult, with harmonies and lines to penetrate your soul, and the time we spent on French pronunciation and ensemble paid off in a really luscious experience for choir and congregation alike. Cherish every note and word of this!

Beautiful, classic
This piece is lovely and classic. Appropriate for Easter or Christmas or any special occasion. You can usually find someone (or more than one person) in the choir who has done this piece and helps the others. Lowering it 1 step helps sopranos and doesn't hurt bass if the choir...
