Canciónes Mexicanas takes three popular Mexican folk songs and combines them into an appealing and easily playable arrangement for young band. A maestoso introduction ushers in Las Mañanitas, the traditional Mexican birthday song, which is followed by a rhythmic variation on Chiapanecas.
